UFC Fight Night: Lemos vs. Andrade Full Card Betting Guide

While UFC Vegas 52 isn’t the most loaded of cards, it’s often these overlooked events that produce the most fireworks. Strawweights Amanda Lemos and Jessica Andrade meet in the main event on Saturday, April 23, at the UFC Apex.

The 12-fight card starts at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN+. Make sure to check out Question Mark Kicks two hours before the prelims begin for Matt and Craig’s final thoughts on the fight card.

Fight Previews

Welterweight

Dean Barry (-1157)

Record: 4-1 (UFC debut)

Wins: 4 KO | Losses: 1 SUB

Props: Over 1.5 rounds (-110); Wins ITD (-205), by decision (+234), by TKO (-165), by submission (+475)

Mike Jackson (+684)

Record: 0-1 (0-1 UFC)

Wins: n/a | Losses: 1 SUB

Props: Under 1.5 rounds (-118); Wins ITD (+1110), by decision (+1400), by TKO (+1550), by submission (+3450)

Best Value: Run, run, and keep on running
One guy has five pro fights and is a -1157 favorite. The other is 0-1 with just two professional fights. You’d be crazy to bet on this fight.

Light Heavyweight

Marcin Prachnio (-128)

Record: 15-5 (2-3 UFC)

Wins: 11 KO, 1 SUB | Losses: 4 KO

Props: Over 1.5 rounds (-150); Wins ITD (+159), by decision (+388), by TKO (+181), by submission (+1020)

Philipe Lins (+104)

Record: 14-5 (0-2 UFC)

Wins: 8 KO, 4 SUB | Losses: 4 KO

Props: Under 1.5 rounds (+117); Wins ITD (+202), by decision (+381), by TKO (+282), by submission (+780)

Best Value: Philipe Lins (+104)
Lins’ UFC run has been less than stellar, but his ceiling is much higher than Prachnio’s and I like him as an underdog.

Welterweight

Preston Parsons (-119)

Record: 9-3 (0-1 UFC)

Wins: 9 SUB | Losses: 2 KO, 1 SUB

Props: Over 1.5 rounds (-165)

Evan Elder (-101)

Record: 7-0 (UFC debut)

Wins: 4 KO, 1 SUB | Losses: n/a

Props: Under 1.5 rounds (+135)

Best Value: Preston Parsons (-119)
There’s limited odds out there because of the short-notice nature of this fight, but if you can get Parsons as a slight favorite, jump all over it.

Bantamweight

Aoriqileng (-246)

Record: 20-11 (0-2 UFC)

Wins: 6 KO, 1 SUB | Losses: 3 SUB

Props: Over 1.5 rounds (-142); Wins ITD (+108), by decision (+267), by TKO (+140), by submission (+600)

Cameron Else (+195)

Record: 10-5 (0-1 UFC)

Wins: 5 KO, 5 SUB | Losses: 3 KO, 1 SUB

Props: Under 1.5 rounds (+112); Wins ITD (+305), by decision (+598), by TKO (+475), by submission (+850)

Best Value: Over 2.5 rounds (+145)
Else is a finisher, but hasn’t fought in nearly two years. Some hesitation early on might be expected and Aoriqileng’s activity on the feet could draw this fight out.

Light Heavyweight

Tyson Pedro (-593)

Record: 7-3 (3-3 UFC)

Wins: 2 KO, 5 SUB | Losses: 1 KO, 1 SUB

Props: Over 1.5 rounds (+144); Wins ITD (-277), by decision (+486), by TKO (+105), by submission (+177)

Ike Villanueva (+417)

Record: 18-13 (1-4 UFC)

Wins: 15 KO | Losses: 7 KO, 5 SUB

Props: Under 1.5 rounds (-186); Wins ITD (+701), by decision (+1163), by TKO (+783), by submission (+3467)

Best Value: Pedro TKO (+105)
The talent is there, but I’d be wary of betting on a fighter coming off a four-year layoff due to injury.

Welterweight

Dwight Grant (-102)

Record: 11-4 (3-3 UFC)

Wins: 7 KO | Losses: 1 KO

Props: Over 2.5 rounds (-178); Wins ITD (+272), by decision (+251), by TKO (+305), by submission (+1720)

Sergey Khandozhko (-120)

Record: 27-6-1 (1-1 UFC)

Wins: 12 KO, 7 SUB | Losses: 1 KO, 2 SUB

Props: Under 2.5 rounds (+139); Wins ITD (+341), by decision (+175), by TKO (+500), by submission (+840)

Best Value: Sergey Khandozhko (-120)
Avoid the big shot, and Khandozhko should strike his way to a victory.

Catchweight: 190 pounds

Jordan Wright (+156)

Record: 12-2 (2-2 UFC)

Wins: 7 KO, 5 SUB | Losses: 2 KO

Props: Over 1.5 rounds (-149); Wins ITD (+239), by decision (+567), by TKO (+364), by submission (+711)

Marc-Andre Barriault (-188)

Record: 13-5 (2-4 UFC)

Wins: 9 KO | Losses: 1 KO

Props: Under 1.5 rounds (+117); Wins ITD (+149), by decision (+251), by TKO (+153), by submission (+1129)

Best Value: Wright TKO (+364)
I have no idea what to make of this fight, but Wright is always a knockout threat.

Featherweight

Lando Vannata (-103)

Record: 12-5-2 (4-5-2 UFC)

Wins: 4 KO, 5 SUB | Losses: 1 SUB

Props: Over 2.5 rounds (-189); Wins ITD (+339), by decision (+224), by TKO (+500), by submission (+921)

Charles Jourdain (-118)

Record: 12-4-1 (3-3-1 UFC)

Wins: 8 KO, 3 SUB | Losses: 1 SUB

Props: Under 2.5 rounds (+149); Wins ITD (+286), by decision (+189), by TKO (+304), by submission (+1471)

Best Value: Charles Jourdain (-118)
Jourdain’s cardio, leg kicks and stance switches make him a very tough fighter for all 15 minutes.

Heavyweight

Alexandr Romanov (-1548)

Record: 15-0 (4-0 UFC)

Wins: 5 KO, 9 SUB | Losses: n/a

Props: Over 1.5 rounds (+213)

Chase Sherman (+851)

Record: 15-9 (3-8 UFC)

Wins: 14 KO | Losses: 4 KO, 1 SUB

Props: Under 1.5 rounds (-280)

Best Value: Romanov wins in Round 1 (TBD)
We don’t know what the odds for this are yet, but it would be the only thing that might have value with these inflated odds.

Women’s Flyweight

Maycee Barber (-188)

Record: 9-2 (4-2 UFC)

Wins: 5 KO, 2 SUB | Losses: 2 DEC

Props: Over 2.5 rounds (-269); Wins ITD (+303), by decision (+115), by TKO (+336), by submission (+1350)

Montana De La Rosa (+155)

Record: 12-6-1 (5-2-1 UFC)

Wins: 1 KO, 8 SUB | Losses: 1 KO, 1 SUB

Props: Under 2.5 rounds (+203); Wins ITD (+535), by decision (+256), by TKO (+1833), by submission (+625)

Best Value: Maycee Barber (-188)
Montana De La Rosa needs a takedown to win this fight, and Barber is strong enough to keep this standing.

Lightweight

Clay Guida (-109)

Record: 37-21 (17-15 UFC)

Wins: 5 KO, 16 SUB | Losses: 2 KO, 10 SUB

Props: Over 2.5 rounds (-219); Wins ITD (+421), by decision (+158), by TKO (+629), by submission (+1043)

Claudio Puelles (-113)

Record: 11-2 (4-1 UFC)

Wins: 2 KO, 6 SUB | Losses: 1 KO

Props: Under 2.5 rounds (+167); Wins ITD (+274), by decision (+240), by TKO (+721), by submission (+386)

Best Value: Puelles submission (+386)
This is a coin-flip fight, but Puelles is plenty adept on the ground and Guida has a long history of getting choked out.

Women’s Strawweight

Amanda Lemos (+170)

Record: 11-1-1 (5-1 UFC)

Wins: 7 KO, 2 SUB | Losses: 1 KO

Props: Over 3.5 rounds (+105); Wins ITD (+246), by decision (+573), by TKO (+343), by submission (+1100)

Jessica Andrade (-210)

Record: 22-9 (13-7 UFC)

Wins: 9 KO, 7 SUB | Losses: 4 KO, 2 SUB

Props: Under 3.5 rounds (-135); Wins ITD (+138), by decision (+255), by TKO (+209), by submission (+519)

Best Value: Andrade ITD (+138)
The athleticism of Andrade is going to prove too much for Lemos.
