Fight Night Picks YouTube Contest Rules and Restrictions

To be considered to win either the Fight Night Picks YouTube contest, entrants must:

• No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
• Submit only one entry per person
• Comment below the video linked “here” with your favourite hot take or video from Fight Night Picks.
• Entries must be compliant with YouTube’s community guidelines.
• YouTube is not a sponsor of this contest and entrants must release YouTube from any and all liability related to your contest.
• Open to legal residents of all countries that allow importations of the prize, and who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Winners are responsible for any local tax liability (city, state, or federal/country) occurred by winning and accepting the prize.
• Absolutely no personal information will be kept, other than to only notify the winner.
• Winner will be chosen by random name generator utilizing entrants’ YouTube username. The contest ends on Saturday night, March 7th, 2020 at 11:59pm AST, and the winner will be announced the day after the contest ends (March 8th, 2020), with a message under the winning comment as well as via Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook so be sure to check back!
• If there is any doubt that the contestant is deemed to be a bot, or operating nefariously, Fight Night Picks reserves the right to refuse such fraudulent contestants.

A winner will randomly be chosen for the contest and the prize must be accepted as-is. In the case of the t-shirt, the winner may choose their preferred size and the prize will be mailed out promptly. Winner will receive a Fight Night Picks branded t-shirt, lunch bag cooler and 5-panel hat.
